Porsche Boxter S 2004

Porsche Boxter S 2004

First introduced in 1996, the Porsche Boxter was Porsche's first water-cooled non-front engine - the Boxter's engine is placed mid-engine which provides for a lower center of gravity, almost perfect weight distribution, and neutral handling. The 2004 Porsche Boxster S shown boasts a 3.2-liter engine, 258 hp and 229 lb/ft. of torque - 85 percent of its torque is available as early as 2,000 rpm. Complete with 6 speed manual transmission, the Boxster S could launch to 62 mph in a respectable 5.7 seconds.
